Fulfillment Policy

Welcome to BreachBits. We use automation and AI to identify vulnerabilities in your enterprise's security and accurately and fairly quantify the cyber risk of the companies you care about.

We believe that being clear and fair in our policies goes a long way toward building customer trust.

By using our service, you agree to the following fulfillment policy:

  • Refund policy — Under what conditions can I receive a refund? If you submit a request for a refund to support@breachbits.com, we will review ​each situation on a case-by-case basis. Situations where we may issue a refund include:

    • A genuine mistake that resulted in accidental ordering.

    • We somehow misrepresented or grossly miscommunicated capabilities during the buying process.

    • Within 15 days of ordering, or 15 days after an invoice or charge has reconciled (whichever is later).

  • Delivery policy — How and where goods are shipped, and on what timeline?

    • Most services start instantly when you register, and are delivered as a Subscription as a Service (SaaS).​

    • Some services may be subject to an agreed delivery timeline, which is usually within a matter of weeks according to your needs.

  • Return policy – Under what conditions can I return purchased goods? We don't typically provide goods, but in the case that you have purchased goods from us (as opposed to services), we will review each situation on a case-by-case basis once you have made a request in writing to us to support@breachbits.com.​​​

  • Cancellation policy — Under what conditions can I cancel subscriptions?

    • Cancellation can occur at the designated time based on the type of subscription you purchased.​

    • Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and are prorated daily.

    • Annual subscriptions can be cancelled within 14 days of renewal.
